WINSTON COUNTY, Miss. – A head-on collision killed six people in Winston County on Thursday. Winston County Sheriff Mike Perkins reported that two adults and four children had been slain.
According to Winston County Sheriff Mike Perkins, the head-on incident occurred on Highway 14 east of Louisville near Bobo Ming Road at approximately 10:27 p.m.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol identified the adult drivers as Laqerious Brown, 22, of Macon, and Sara Batchelor, 25, of Sebastopol. The nameless children were 16, 3(2), and 1 year old.
The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating the incident, and all deaths occurred on the spot.
