Winds become breezy. Veteran’s Day afternoon and evening, with generally ideal weather for parade events around the valley.
This tonight, we’re seeing a few low clouds move into the mix, which I expect to dissipate quite fast by Tuesday morning due to increased offshore flow.
This occurs as a trough of low pressure from the Gulf sinks south into Central California, followed by a cutoff low that digs deeper south before departing to the east. The increase in offshore flow will also bring a few more clouds into the region tonight.
Temperatures will also drop a few degrees when we start our day tomorrow.\
Winds weaken by Wednesday, and we begin to see a gradual–if brief–warming trend through Thursday, reverting to seasonal norms.
A stronger front moves into California, dropping temperatures about 10 degrees below normal and bringing a minor chance of rain this weekend. Right now, the best chance for a few scattered showers appears to be in Imperial County and along the southern California coast.
