A grandfather who was not guilty was killed in a terrible accident at McDonald’s.
He was “crazy for his grandkids,” and he was killed in a terrible accident inside a popular fast food joint. It is said that the 61-year-old grandfather was killed when he got caught in a shootout inside the restaurant.
Jorge Arbaiza, who was from Texas, was killed earlier this month in a McDonald’s near Houston. The grandfather was shot and killed while buying his grandkids Happy Meals while his family waited outside, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
When Arbaiza got there to eat, there was a gunfight between two groups of guys.
When the shooting started, the grandfather’s wife was in the car with their grandkids. Teresa, who has been married to him for almost 40 years, told KHOU 11 about what happened. She said she couldn’t leave the kids in the car.
“I had to stay with the kids. She told KHOU 11, “I could not go inside.” “The kids were crying, and they were scared.”
The grandfather said a few simple things before he died.
“I’m going to die. The grandfather told his wife, “I’m going to die.”
Stuart Brown, who owns and runs the Houston McDonald’s, told Fox News Digital in a statement.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, he said, “We are deeply saddened by this senseless violence that led to terrible loss of life.” “Our thoughts are with the victim’s family, and we are assisting the local police department in any way that we can.”
The sheriff of Harris County, Ed Gonzalez, also put out a message.
Unfortunately, the 61-year-old innocent witness, Jorge Arbaiza, died at the hospital from the injuries he got during the shooting. No sense. “Several shots were fired while the store was full of customers, some of whom were children,” he said.
“Detectives have found a suspect vehicle and several people who were involved in the fight.” Men who were involved in the fight were shot, but one of them survived.
“The shooters haven’t been named yet.” The follow-up study is still going on.”
