Saturday will be warm and dry, with lots of sunshine. Daytime highs will reach the low 70s throughout the Front Range, with 50s and 60s in the mountains.

Sunday’s temperatures will be even higher, in the mid-70s and low 80s. The record for Sunday is 83 degrees, established in 2016. The warm weather will continue on Monday, with temperatures in the Metro area topping 80 degrees, potentially shattering records.

Monday’s record is 82 degrees, established in 2016. The wind will pick up on Sunday and Monday, with gusts reaching 20 miles per hour. Warm, dry, and windy weather will increase the risk of wildfires. A shift is coming our way on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Expect a significant drop in temperatures, with daytime highs in the 40s on Wednesday. The storm will bring snow to the mountains and may be the first snowfall of the season in Denver. By Halloween, daytime highs will be in the upper 50s with dry weather.
