Rabbits rally to beat Sulphur Springs 4-3


The Atlanta Rabbits overcame a three-run fourth inning to top Sulphur Springs 4-3 Saturday afternoon.

Dylan Spears got the win for Atlanta with the righty going five innings, allowing seven hits, three runs, tallying six strikeouts, and recording zero walks. Jackson Warren threw one inning in relief and recorded the last three outs to get the save for the Rabbs.

Owens took the loss for Sulphur Springs as he went 5.2 innings with four runs on eight hits and striking out two.

The Rabbs produced eight hits. Warren and Randall Mason had multi-hit games for Atlanta. Warren had three singles and a stolen base. Mason provided two singles and a run. The Rabbs were perfect fielding with zero errors.

Kaden Wallace had two singles and a run for Sulphur Springs while Hayden Hurst had a double and a run.
