
The Atlanta Rabbits baseball team jumped all over the Dragons in a 16-1 win at Redwater Saturday. Ty Graf knocked in the first runs for the Rabbits in the first inning with a 2-RBI single.
The Rabbits added 8 runs in the third when Peyton Harrison, Graf, Jaden Riley, Peyton Gaston and corbin Farmer each drove in runs.
Will Woodruff was the winning pitcher for Atlanta in the game that was called after 5 innings because of the 10-run rule. Woodruff allowed 1 run on 1 hit. Eli Stevens pitched the final 2 scoreless innings for the Rabbs.
Rabbits head coach David Hooten was pleased
“I was really proud proud of how the team responded after a disappointing loss to Hooks on Wednesday,” Atlanta Rabbits head baseball coach David Hooten said. “We did a good job of situational hitting and Will Woodruff continues to give us quality starts on the mound.”
