Hunter Allen selected for 4th Annual National Power Showcase Home Run Derby

BOCA RATON, Florida – The POWER SHOWCASE has announced that player, Hunter Allen, Atlanta, Texas, has been named to the 4th National POWER SHOWCASE All-America Team. Each player exemplifies tremendous character, abilities, power, coach/scout references, and recent school performances. Hunter will proudly represent his home state of Texas during the prestigious Home Run Derby that will feature top amateur power hitting prospects in the country. He will also have the incredible opportunity to further demonstrate his skills while participating in a game.

The game highlights the three-day, All-encompassing major league experience. The event includes a MLB Scout Day in front of thirty organizations, a welcome dinner/ jersey presentation ceremony, the prestigious home run derby itself, a mental strength session and participation in the National Classic game.

The 4th Annual National POWER SHOWCASE Home Run Derby and All-American Classic is being held in Arizona at Chase Field – Home of the Diamondbacks on November 15th to the 17th. The event features the most prolific amateur players from around the country and provides the perfect center-stage opportunity in which to demonstrate their skill-sets in front of baseball’s top evaluators.

Created in 2004 by Brian Domenico, the POWER SHOWCASE International High School Home Run Derby has evolved into one of the most exciting, can’t-miss events of the year.

POWER SHOWCASE participants must achieve and maintain a high-level academic status, while possessing the redeeming leadership qualities and determination that exemplify respect in keeping with the game of baseball. All POWER SHOWCASE participants are hand-picked by Domenico and are invited to compete on the international stage.
