Harleton beats Queen City 27-7

Daingerfield win at Queen City

QUEEN CITY, Texas — The Harleton Wildcats took care of the Queen City Bulldogs 27-7 on Friday evening.

Kentral Andrew had eight carries for 26 yards and a touchdown. Kieran Droddy had four carries for 25 yards.

Alex Shelton completed 12 of 18 for 113 yards. Alijuah Drayton caught two passes for 27 yards, and Damir Rascoe caught three passes for 27 yards. Josh Davis also caught a pass for 22 yards.

Queen City had two fumbles and lost one. The Bulldogs also had two turnover-on-downs along with five penalties for 60 yards.

Harleton’s ground game churned 255 yards on 46 carries. Cole Ring carried 16 times for 115 yards and a touchdown. Justin Davidson had 16 carries for 56 yards and a score. Blake Blassingame also rushed 10 times for 74 yards.

Grayson Handlin completed five passes on six attempts for 64 yards and two touchdowns.

Carson Raibourn had two catches for 20 yards and a touchdown. Justin Davidson had two catches for 15 yards and a score. Jojo Clark had a catch for 29 yards.

The Wildcats had one fumble, and committed nine penalties for 85 yards.
