REDWATER, Texas — Markeylin Batton had Atlanta’s first touchdown of the game, and the Rabbits went on to shutout the Redwater Dragons 28-0 Friday night.
Batton finished with seven carries for 69 yards and a touchdown.
Jayden Riley had four catches for 88 yards and a touchdown.
Stacy Darty had two catches for 10 yards and 10 carries for 27 yards.
Kameron Dickerson had 10 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown.
Peyton Harrison had eight carries for 23 yards. Harrison also led the Rabbs through the air, completing eight passes on 13 attempts for 105 yards, a touchdown, and an interception.
The Rabbs improve to 2-0 and will host the New Boston Lions Friday, Sept. 9.
Redwater falls to 0-2 and will go on the road to take on Winona on Friday, Sept. 9.
