A driver suffered injuries in a road rage incident on Interstate 664 near the Pughsville Road off-ramp in Chesapeake, according to a Virginia State Police press release.
On Saturday, October 12, around 5:20 p.m., the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to the site of an interstate gunshot.
According to police, two automobiles going northbound on Interstate 664 became involved in a road rage incident that culminated in a shooting. One of the drivers sustained a non-critical injury.
State police are looking for anyone who may have seen the incident or have information on the driver of the suspected vehicle, a white Nissan Maxima. Witnesses are invited to contact [email protected] or (804) 750-8788.
