Philadelphia police are investigating a hit-and-run in which a lady was murdered and the suspects fled the scene in the city’s Fairhill area on Sunday evening.
Police say a silver Hyundai Sonata heading northbound on North 5th Street made a left turn onto West Indiana Avenue and collided with a 42-year-old woman shortly after 7:30 p.m.
The 42-year-old was brought to Temple University Hospital, where she died from her injuries just after 8 p.m.
After the incident, authorities stated the passengers fled the area on foot. There have been no arrests, according to authorities.
