MEMPHIS, Tenn. – After a shooting at the intersection of Interstate 240 and Walnut Grove Road, a woman sustained severe injuries and drove herself to the hospital, according to the Memphis Police Department.
Memphis Police stated that they were summoned to the scene of a shooting at the intersection of Interstate 240 and Walnut Grove just after 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
It was reported by the police that a woman had driven herself to St. Francis Hospital with a significant injury.
Officers were searching the area of Interstate 240 and Walnut Grove for a crime scene, which caused the westbound traffic on the interstate to be interrupted.
