Six people were killed in a wrong-way crash early Friday morning in Mississippi.
According to the Jackson Police Department, officers were dispatched to a reported crash on Interstate 55 near Daniel Lake at about 2:45 a.m.
Police said a Chevrolet Silverado was driving south in the northbound lanes when it collided with a Hyundai Sonata.
The driver of the Silverado and Sonata were murdered, as were four passengers in the Hyundai.
According to investigators, the passengers who perished included two children and an adolescent.
No names were immediately released.
