High wind warnings are in effect for regions such as Clines Corners, where gusts of 55-65 mph were reported.

A Wind Advisory has also been issued on Tuesday, potentially expanding to cover the Sangre de Cristo and Sandia/Manzano mountains.

Temperatures may drop to 5-15 degrees below normal by midweek. Relief arrives Thursday, with high pressure bringing milder weather and lighter winds, before greater gusts return over the weekend.
