Winter Weather Alert: 6-15 Inches of Snow Expected in Central Washington Starting Tuesday Night

A large winter storm is expected to hit central Washington on Tuesday night, bringing extensive snow and hazardous conditions.

The National Weather Service in Spokane warns of moderate to major consequences in the region, with snowfall forecast to range from 6 to 10 inches in central valleys and up to 15 inches in mountain passes such as Stevens, Sherman, and Blewett.
