Police in New Orleans are investigating a fatal crash that occurred late Saturday in the 900 block of Jackson Avenue.
According to investigators, a 21-year-old male lost control of his vehicle and crashed into neutral ground.
According to the NOPD, the vehicle proceeded on neutral ground until it collided with a tree and overturned. The driver was ejected during the incident.
The rollover accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. He was brought to the hospital by EMS, but he died of his injuries. NOPD has not released the driver’s name.
The inquiry is still underway, thus no new information concerning the crash has been revealed.
