A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Okolona on Saturday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
According to LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis, officers responded to a crash around 10:30 a.m. in the 4700 block of Glen Rose Road, near Preston Highway and Interstate 265.
According to police, a man was driving a passenger van when he left the road for unclear reasons and collided with a tree head-on.
The man, who has not been recognized, was the only one inside the van. Police said the man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, died on the scene.
The LMPD’s Traffic Unit is investigating the crash.
