It was just before midnight when the collision was alleged to have occurred on Dearborn Street close to Northridge Fashion Center.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the remaining two both rejected to be transported to a medical facility.

A mother and a child were seen being placed into an ambulance while being transported on a gurney by AIR7, which was flying above the scene as the inquiry was beginning to unfold.
