According to a crash report, a car struck and killed an Oklahoma man early Friday morning in Little Rock.
A 2015 Kia Optima was going west on Interstate 30 around 4 a.m., according to reports.
The vehicle struck Matthew Leroy Swain, 30, as he crossed the freeway near Exit 128 from the service road.
Swain was killed in the crash, according to the report.
The collision took place in clear and dry conditions.
